Rashee began his real estate career after college, as a Corporate Real Estate Analyst, underwriting commercial loans for credit rated tenants, syndication deals, conducting site reviews, reviewing environmental reports (Phase I & Phase II) and calculating (NPV) Net present Values, Discounted Cash Flows and more.
After working as an analyst for several years, he left corporate America to pursue a fulltime career as a real estate investor buying, renovating and renting multiple homes in the Jersey City metro-area. Through these experiences as owner/operator of several multi-family homes, he honed his business acumen as a real estate investor.
Rashee was compelled to further advance his career in real estate in order to better serve himself and the future professionals he knew he’d be working with. Consequently he earned a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University in 2013. After successfully completing the program, he secured employment with a publically traded national luxury home builder as a Project Manager where he was responsible for overseeing the construction site and ensuring all homes were built to code, on time and within budget.
Finally after gaining years’ worth of knowledge in real estate from the corporate side, the academic side and as an entrepreneur, Rashee has become a valued asset in the local real estate community. His ability to leverage his many years of corporate, construction and real estate investing experiences and education allows him to provide his clients with a high level of service and care that is second to none.
In addition to his Masters from NYU, Rashee holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, from Pace University.
In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, exercising, being a loving father and is a huge boxing fan!
